Why I’m Excited to Join Fullcast
Last week, I joined Fullcast’s advisory board. As an owner of a very small %, I haven’t gotten the chance to star in Fullcast commercials like Ryan Reynalds (yet). However, Fullcast makes cross-functional GTM teamwork easier to build. Here’s how.
No plan survives contact with reality. Hiring plans and the corresponding territory assignments and routing rules likely need to be updated based on Q1 performance. Traditionally, the effort requires a week or more of Leadership attention and Ops hustle across multiple tools and platforms to update assignments for Sales and CX. Meanwhile, frontline productivity suffers. Good people leave while underperformers are managed out. Everything about the traditional update process is downright awful whether you’re adding heads to the plan or taking them out. (poop emoji).
Fullcast creates GTM agility by architecting their platform to match your coverage model. As a result, users get:
- Higher Customer Retention by balancing CX Account Books to get closer to customers and create data to inform CX hiring.
- Win more deals by assigning Leads and Accounts faster with fewer gaps and less maintenance resulting in increased conversion rates.
- Increased Sales Productivity through balanced territories and rich out-of-the-box productivity data for segments, managers and individuals.
- Savings in the form of tech stack consolidation, giving time back to Ops and the Sales, CX and Ops talent retention that results from fast, transparent plan updates.
One of my favorite things about Fullcast is its ability to measure Teamwork. The handoffs between teams are where everything about a coverage model comes together. It’s where adds data on SLA adherence, making it easier to build trust - especially in a distributed environment. Fullcast proves that the best teams win together and never lose alone.
